REQUEST OF RICHARD HOLCOMB REGARDING 50.886 ACRES LOCATED
IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE
On this the 1st day of March 1988, came on to be considered
by the Court, the written request of Richard Holcomb, regarding
a sale of 50,886 acres out of Survey 1359, located in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, as to whether or not
this tract would be considered a Subdivision, under the
Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, with Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and
County Judge Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich
voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving that said transaction mentioned above does not
need to meet the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision
"Rules and Regulations", as to platting.

Dear Mr. Menefee;
I would like a variance on surveying 240 acres out
of sur. 1359. I have sold 50.886 acres out of sur. 1359.
This tract is bounded by a bluff on the north, south
and part of the east side. The west side is part of a
mountain top and part of it is fenced. The east side fronts
highway 16.
This piece of land is totally to its self. It will
not affect platting or selling the other 190 acres of
land.
