MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE ON CAMP CHRISTIAN
On this the 11th day of October 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court, the request of Lee Voelkel, as to
whether or not 59 acres of Camp Christian, owned by Southwest
Encampment of Christian Churches, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 2, would be considered a
subdivision, under the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and
Regulations".
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Lich and Holland, and
County Judge Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray
voting "NAY", the Court approved and determined by a vote of
four to one, that said tract of 59 acres is not subject to
the requirements of the Kerr County Subdivision "Rules and
Regulations", as concerns platting.
