MOTION TO ACCEPT VARIANCE FROM NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
FOR REPEAT OF TRACTS 9, 10, AND 11
NORTHWEST HILLS SUBDIVISION
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Holland, Lich, Baldwin and Ray voting "AYE",
and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", the Court by a
majority vote approved acceptance of variance on notification
requirements for the replat of Northwest Hills Subdivision,
Tracts 9, 10 and 11.
