This land ad~oina the approximately 294 acres I rnm, This is to affirm that under terms already agreed upoh by yon and me in conference with cur attorney, oerald 80hmidt, at the time of the settlement, I grant you access to your 12.5 acres by providing permanent easements on my property. Specifically, yon may have easement along the existing private road which begins on my property at a gate opening on Ranch Rond 479 and proceeds in an easterly direction, This road paeaee withih a few yards of your property. I also grant yon an additional easement on my land to complete yoar access route, all easements to be 30 feet wide and to be dulq surveyed and legally described and recorded in a process now nnderrrey.
