MOTION TO APPROVE VARIANCE FROM NOTIFICATION
REQUIREMENT INVOLVING ABANDONMENT OF ISENSEE ACRES
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved to grant a variance from
notification involving abandonment of Isensee Acres and moved
to have Mrs. McGahee send a notarized statement stating there
are no liens or sales or contract of deeds on file.

I would like to have the enclosed Declaration of Vacation of Plat
of Isensee Acres placed on the Commissioner's Court Agenda, please see
attached.
The property called "Isensee Acres" has been in my family for a
number of years and I have no intention of selling portions of the
property; therefore, I would like to have the property returned to acreage
as it was when my grandfather, John Isensee, purchased it. The lots on
the property were never sold or conveyed.
I am enclosing an application for Vacation of Plat. If I need to
do anything further, I will await your instructions regarding this
matter. Your help is greatly appreciated.
