MOTION BY COMMISSIONER RAY TO APPROVE EMPLOYMENT OF DR.
B. L. CARLILE TO INITIATE A PROPOSAL FOR EVALUATION &
DEMONSTRATION OF APPROPRIATE ON SITE TECHNOLOGY TO
DEVELOP A SUPPLEMENT TO SCS SOIL SURVEY REPORT
On this the 29th day of February 1988, a motion was made
by Commissioner Ray to approve employment of Dr. B. L.
Carlile, P. E., CPSS, to initiate a proposal for evaluation
and demonstration of appropriate on site technology to
develop a supplement to the SCS soil survey report, in an
amount not to exceed $8,500.00 for the study, to be paid out
of the projected surplus of the UGRA Environmental Health
Services.
Motion failed for lack of a second.
