ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 17777 - RE: APPROVAL OF PROPOSED
CONTRACT WITH DR. B. L. CARLILE, P.E., CPSS
On this the 9th day of May 1988, a motion was made by Commis-
sioner Ray to amend Order No. 17777, dated March 7th, 1988 -
Re: Approval of Proposed Contract with Dr. B. L. Carlile,
P. E., CPSS, by deleting the following "to be paid out of the
projected surplus of the UGRA Environmental Health Services"
and adding the following "to be paid out of funds. Of UGRA Environ-
mental Health Services credited to and held by UGRA".
Motion failed for lack of a second.
ORDER NO. 17777
APPROVAL OF PROPOSED CONTRACT WITH DR. B. L. CARLILE,
P. E., CPSS
On this the 7th day of March 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioners Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", Commis-
sioner Holland voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards
"ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority
vote, approving a proposed contract with Dr. B. L. Carlile,
P. E., CPSS, to develop a soil supplement report to be in
conjunction with the published Kerr County Soil Survey
Report, at a cost of $7,500.00, plus expenses, to be paid out
of the projected surplus of the UGRA Environmental Health
Services subject to interview with Dr. Carlile.

RESOLUTION NO. 88-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION
APPROVING RULES ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT
OF KERR COUNTY PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF
PRIVATE SEWAGE FACILITIES WITHIN THE COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County by authority of
Section 26.032 of the Texas Water Code has properly adopted rules to
regulate private sewage facilities in Kerr County; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 26.032(c)
of the Texas Water Code, the Commissioners Court has submitted the
rules to the Texas Water Commission for its review and written
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TEXAS WATER COMMISSION:
That the rules establishing private sewage facility regulations
adopted by the Commissioners Court to Kerr County on the 8th day of
February, 1988, be hereby approved.
