COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO WRITE LETTER TO EMPLOYEES
OF UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY WHO ARE PERFORMING
UNDER PRESENT CONTRACT
On this the 23rd day of May 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, with
Commissioners Holland, Ray and Baldwin and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING
FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving that the County Judge be authorized to write
a Ietter to employees of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority
who are performing under the present County Contract,
offering positions and answering questions concerning
Kerr County benefits.
