MOTION BY COMMISSIONER RAY TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH
UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
SERVICES, EFFECTIVE 9-30-1988
On this the 27th day of June 1988, a motion was made by
Commissioner Ray and seconded by Commissioner Holland, to
cancel the contract with Upper Guadalupe River Authority
for Environmental Health Services, effective as of September
30th, 1988.
Commissioners Lich and Baldwin voted "NAY" and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINED FROM VOTING", said motion failed by a
majority vote.
