On this the 8th day of August 1988, upon motion made
by Commissioner Ray seconded by Commissioner
Holland ~ it was unanimously approved by the Court
that the resignation of MICHAEL WEST, DEPUTY SHERIFF
OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, be ratified and confirmed,
effective August 15th, 1988, and that he be paid
for 16 days of vacation, to be included on the August
15th, 1988 pay period.

him, please include this cash payment in lieu of taking the
vacation time on his final paycheck due August 15, 198$,
It is with regret that SgL-. West's resignation is accepted,
however he has been accepted as a deputy U,S, Marshall and I ,
am sure he will progress rapidly through their ranks and be a
credit to the C,S, Marshall's Service.
