1 ORDER NO. 18102 MOTION TO RESCIND ORDER NO. 11380, DATED JULY 12th, 1971, RE: ORDER ADOPTING PROVISIONS OF SECTION 25 (d), ARTICLE I, TEXAS LIQUOR CONTROL ACT AS AMENDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF SENATE BILL NO. 346, 62nd LEGISLATURE SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES IN THOSE PORTIONS OF KERR COUNTY LYING OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 12th day of September 1988, a motion was made by Commissioner Baldwin to rescind Order No. 11380, dated July 12th, 1971, RE: ADOPTING PROVISIONS OF SECTION 25 (d), Article I, TEXAS LIQUOR CONTROL ACT AS AMENDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF SENATE BILL NO. 346, 62nd LEGISLATURE SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES IN THOSE PORTIONS OF KERR COUNTY LYING OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE. FOR EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE SALE OF MIXED BEVERAGES IN THOSE PORTIONS OF KERR COUNTY LYING OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF KERRVZLLE On this the 12th day oŁ July, 1971, came on to be heard and r,onsidered by the Court the matter of adopting the provisions of Section 25 (d), Article I, Texas Liquor Control Act as amended by the provisions of Senate Bill No. 346, 62nd Legislature, so as to provide I for the extension of the hours for the lawful sale of mixed beverages in Kerr County out sid of the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville, and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville, the only incorporated municipality within Kerr County, Texas, has here- '~ tofore adopted the provisions of said Section 25 (d); and it further appearing to the Court it that the interests of law enforcement would be best served by the provisions of uniform hours for the sale of mixed beve rages within all oŁ those areas of Kerr County where the sale thereof is not otherwise forbidden, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sehwet helm and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commis- sioners Court of Kerr County does hereby adopt the provisions of Section 25 (d ), Arti rle I, Texas Liquor Control Act as amended by Senate Bill No. 346, 62nd Legislature, and in so doing adopts all the provisions of said statutory enactment governing the hours for the ~~ lawful sale of mixed beverages which are applicable to counties having a population of j 300,000 or more according to the last preceeding Federal Census, with the applicability of the Court ~s action to extend to all areas of Kerr County outside the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville where the sale of mixed beverages is now or shall hereafter become lawful. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
