the County Judge to check with the City of Kerrville and the
Kerrville Independent School District regarding ownership of
Tivy Mountain to see what responsibility they have, or feel
they have, and if they want to assume the responsibility of
Tivy Mountain solely, or if they would like to go into a
partnership with the County on the clearing of the title to
Tivy Mountain.
