MINUTES OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF OCTOBER 4, 1988
COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION IN THE KERR
COUNTY COURTHOUSE, OCTOBER 4, 1988 AT 10:05 o'clock a.m. with
all members present with the exception oŁ Commissioner Ray,
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings
were had:
ORDER NO. 18146
MOTION TO REFER BIDS ON PAVING WHITE WING ROAD, SPRING MEADOW
ROAD, ANA CAMINO REAL ROAD TO THE ROAD ENGINEER, AND TO PLACE
ON THE AGENDA OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT REGULAR SESSION,
OCTOBER 11, 1988.
On this the 4th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously agreed to refer the bids for paving White
Wing Road, Spring Meadow Road and Camino Real Road to the
Road Engineer for placement on the Agenda of Commissioners'
Court Regular Session, October 11th, 1988.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED AT 10:20 o'clock a.m, on
October 4, 1988 at which time a public hearing was held on
establishing a 30 MPH Speed Limit on North Loma Vista, South
Loma Vista, Poco Vista, Palo Verde Drive, Medio Vista Drive
and Contour Drive in Kerrville South area. 6 members of the
public were present for the hearing.
