The public hearing was adjourned at 10:24 a.m. at which time
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN OPEN SESSION with all
members of the Court present, with the exception of
Commissioner Ray, Precinct 2, and the Court having duly

'"' On this the 4th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously agreed to establish a 30 MPH Speed Limit
on the following streets subject to the Road Engineer
verifying the correct name of North Loma Vista:
