MOTION TO SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEAT OF LOT #3, SPICER
RANCH #1 FOR NOVEMBER 14th, 1988 AT 1:30 O'CLOCK P. M.
On this the 11th day of October 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of setting a date for a
Public Hearing on the replat of Lot #3, Spicer Ranch #1. It
is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearing be held on
Monday, November 14th, 1988 at 1:30 o'clock P. M. in the
County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse in Kerrville,
Texas, as provided by Article 232.009 "Revision of Plat",
Local Government Code, Title 7, Pages 556-557.
Motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court.
