Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court
unanimously approved for the Judge to sign off plat on Elm
Pass Road.

MOTION TO ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF DAVID LYNCH FORM ROAD &
BRIDGE DEPARTMENT FOR MEDICAL REASONS
On this the 11th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of David Lynch
from Road & Bridge Department due to medical reasons,
effective October 11th, 1988.
