MOTION THAT DEVELOPER OF LOS ENCINOS SUBDIVISION BE GIVEN A
DEADLINE TO RESOLVE
On this the 11th day of October 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court that the developer of Los Encinos be
given a deadline of December 15, 1988 to take action to
resolve the development of Los Encinos Subdivision.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland.
Motion failed for lack of a second.
