MOTION THAT KERR COUNTY NO LONGER INSPECT OR CERTIFY
INSPECTIONS FOR LOAN APPLICATION PURPOSES
On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Ray, Lich and Baldwin voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", and County Judge Edwards
"ABSTAINING", said motion that Kerr County no longer inspect
or certify inspections for loan application purposes, due to
liability situations, passed by a majority vote.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 12th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously agreed to adjourn.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT ADJOURNED at 4:45 o'clock P.M. on the
