On this the 20th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously approved the appointment of Arlan J.
Bergman as Alternate Judge in Precinct 8, Lane Valley School
for the November 8, 1968 General Election.

On this the 20th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
