On this the 20th day of October 1988, Commissioner Holland
made a motion to go out for bids for track or movable
shelving for the County Law Library. Said motion failed for'
lack of a second.

MOTION TO GRANT A VARIANCE
On this the 20th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the
Court unanimously agreed to grant a subdivision variance to
Mr. Winston Bode and Mr. Elroy Bode in Commissioner Precinct
No. 4.
