MOTION TO PURCHASE VAN FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 20th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holland and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion
carrying by a majority vote for Kerr County to purchase a
1983 Plymouth Van from Kingpin Cars, Inc. for 55,900.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 10-401-570, Commissioners' Court Capital Outlay, payable
to Kingpin Cars, Inc. for 55,900.00.
