Edwards, and the Court having duly opened, the following
proceedings were had:

MOTION TO PURCHASE USED CAR FOR SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
... on this the 28th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Lich voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", said motion carrying by a
majority vote for the purchase of one 1984 Chevrolet Caprice
Classic from Bryant Motors for 56200.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 10-560-570, Sheriff's Dept. Capital Outlay, payable to
Bryant Motors for $6200.00
