MOTION TO APPROVE INSURANCE FOR THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 28th day of October 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, the Court
unanimously approved the purchase of Law Enforcement Officer
Professional Liability Coverage with The Star Pool for
519,362.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 10-560-207, Sheriff's Department Insurance - Liability,
payable to The Star Pool for 519,362.00.
