MOTION TO SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEAT OF
TREASURE HILLS RANCH SUBDIVISION AND Y.O. RANCHLANDS I k II
On this the 1st day of November 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of setting a date for a
public hearing on Treasure Hills Ranch Subdivision and Y.O.
Ranchlands I k II.
It is ordered by the Court that a Public Hearinq be held on
Tuesday, December 6th, 1988 at 10:00 a.m. in the County
Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas, as provided by Article
232.009 "Revision of Plat", Local Government Code, Title 7,
pages 556-557. Mr. Finley is to make sure that all the lots
have access roads.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin and unanimously approved by the Court.
