MOTION TO APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SCENIC VALLEY ESTATES
On this the 1st day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the preliminary plat of Scenic
Valley Estates, with no variances, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 1.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the
existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGtILATI0N5" that
became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
