MOTION TO APPROVE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF INDIAN CREEK HILLS
SUBJECT TO CHANGES
On this the 1st day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF INDIAN
CREEK HTLLS, with no variances, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. 4, subject to granting a 30'
right of way off the center line on Bear Creek Road and
Indian Creek Road and that proper drainage is insured.
All improvements that are to be made shall comply with the
existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that
became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the
regulations that were approved by the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
