MOTION TO ACCEPT SIX (6) ROADS IN WOOD TRAILS
On this the 1st day of November 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court the matter of accepting the following
six (6) roads in Wood Trails Subdivision as being county
maintained:
Mustang Trail
Ranger Trail
Corral Trail
Mesa Trail
Arroya Trail
Longhorn Trail
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Lich that the County accept these six (6) roads for County
maintenance and maintain them at their present condition
until such time that they can be upgraded. Commissioner's
Baldwin and Lich voted "AYE", and Commissioner's Ray and
Holland voted "NAY", said motion failed two to two.
