unanimously agreed to release the following letters of credit

On this the 1st day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously agreed to adjourn. Commissioners' Court
adjourned at 2:48 p.m.
