MOTION TO PAY OCTOBER LIBRARY BILL WHEN FUNDS AVAILABLE
On this the 14th day of November 1908, came on to be
considered by the Court the October Library Bill. Upon
motion made by Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner
Baldwin, the Court unanimously agreed to pay the October
Library bill when the funds are available.
It is hereby ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer
and the County Auditor are authorized to draw a voucher on
the Public Library Fund when sufficient funds are available.
