MOTION TO APPROVE THE RESIGNATION OF RIVA WHEELER
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the resignation of Riva Wheeler in
the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 office, effective
October 31, 1988.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED NOVEMBER 14th, 1988 at 12:03
o'clock P.M. until 1:30 o'clock P.M.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED on November 14th, 1988 at
1:30 o'clock P.M. with all members of the Court present, and
the Court having duly opened the following proceedings were
had:
A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RE-PLAT OF SPICER RANCH #1 was held
with twenty-two (22) members of the public present.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 1:58 o'clock P.M. and
COMMISSIONERS' COURT MET IN OPEN SESSION.
