MOTION TO APPROVE RE-PLAT OF SPICER RANCH #1
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland to approve the re-plat of Spicer Ranch
#1, located in Commissioner Precinct #1, subject to the
property line being brought back from the center of the road
to the property line and a variance granted on a lot size of
only 2.1 acres.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", effective
January 1st, 1984, and all current amendments thereto. Said
motion failed for lack of a second.
Mr. Sewell is to redraft the re-plat with each lot being a
minimum of 2.5 acres excluding easements and the septic tank
on lot 10B will be 7' from property line.
