COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEST
CREEK HILLS SUBDIVISION at 2:00 o'clock P. M. with 20 members
of the public present.
The Public Hearing was adjourned at 2:48 o'clock P.M. and
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION at 2:48
o'clock P.m. on November 14th, 1988 with all members of the
Court present, and the Court having duly opened the following
procedures were had:
ORDER NO. 18226
MOTION TO APPROVE RE-PLAT OF WEST CREEK HILLS SUBDIVISION
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Baldwin, Lich and Holland voting "AYE", and
Commissioner Ray and County Judge Edwards "ABSTAINING", said
motion to approve the re-plat of West Creek Hills
Subdivision, in Commissioners' Precinct #2, with no
variances, subject to all portions of tracts 10, 12, 13 and
14, which are East of West Creek Road, be consolidated with
tracts 55, 56, 57 and 58, carried by a majority vote.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments there
to.
