ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS ON NEW COUNTY EQUIPMENT
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Holland and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner's Ray and Lich voting "NAY",
said motion to accept the bids on new Equipment as per the
attached list and as recommended by Gerald Menefee, Road and
~~ Bridge Engineer, was approved by a majority vote.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 15-611-570, Road and Bridge Capital Outlay, payable as
follows:
1 Roller at $28,965.00 to Ingram M.F.G.
1 Backhoe at 527,920.00 to Preco Machinery
4 Dump Trucks at a total of $82,276.80 to S. A. Truck
Sales
1 Grader at $67,746.00 w/trade-in to Kuenstler
1 One Ton Truck at $11,682.00 to S. A. Truck Sales
