MOTION TO APPROVF. THE HIRING OF GENEVA B. SHORT
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin the
Court unanimously approved the request of Pat Knox, Justice
of the Peace, Precinct #1, for employment of Geneva (Tootsy)
B. Short as a Civil Clerk, effective November 1, 1988, at a
salary of $12,721.00 per annum, 51060.08 per month, 5530.04
semi-annually, Pay Group 11, Step 1, then increased as of
.._ January 1, 1988 to $13,040.00 per annum, 51,086.67 per month,
5543.33 semi-annually, Pay Group 11, Step 2. The above shall
be payable out of General Fund.

MOTION TO REFER BIDS ON SHERIFF'S VEHICLES TO SHERIFF
On this the 14th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the referral of bids on 3 police package
vehicles to Sheriff Greeson for his consideration.
