COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION ON
NOVEMBER 15th, 1988 at 9:00 o'clock A.M. with all members of
the Court present, and the Court having duly opened the

._ Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, of the Regular Meeting on
October 11, 1988 and October 12, 1988, Workshop on Jail
Overcrowding, Special Session October 20, 1988, Emergency
Session on October 28, 1988 and Special Session November 1,
1988, Volume R, Pages 6 thru 51.
