MOTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT FOR DETENTION OF JUVENILE
OFFENDERS WITH KIMBLE COUNTY
On this the 15th day of Novembe 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved County Judge Edwards signing the
Contract for Detention of Juvenile Offenders between Kerr
County, Texas and Kimble County, Texas.
ORDER NO. 18238
MOTION TO APPROVE RE-PLAT OF LOT 3, SPICER RANCH #1
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, The
Court unanimously approved the Re-plat of Lot 3, Spicer Ranch
#1, with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct One.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
