MOTION TO AMEND ORDER NO. 18090
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, with
Commissioner's Ray, Baldwin and Lich, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING",
said motion to amend Order No. 18090 was approved by a
majority vote.
Order No. 18090 shall be amended as follows:
Line 2 of fee schedule which reads $50.00 plus $10.00 per
lot/track for a Preliminary Plat is amended to read $50.00
for a Preliminary Replat.
Line 3 of fee schedule remains the same with the exception of
inserting the word Revision at the end of the sentance.
