MOTION TO APPOINT COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Dan Bacon
as County Health Officer, subject to his acceptance.

MOTION TO PURCHASE 2.62 ACRE STRIP OF LAND ON SPUR 100
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to purchase 2.62 acre strip of land on
Spur 100, as enlargement of the Road and Bridge Main Yard.
Order to	be referred to the	Kerr County	Attorney to	determine
if funds	for the payment of	purchase	can be taken	from the
Road and Bridge Fund.
