EMERGENCY DECLARED AND KERR COUNTY BUDGET AMENDED TO TRANSFER
FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO LINE ITEM N0. 10-499-404
On this the 15th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously agreed to declare an emergency and amend the
County budget to transfer $3,104.00 from surplus General Fund
to Line Item No. 10-499-404 Computer Processing to pay an
outstanding bill from the last fiscal year.
Said transfer will change the bottom line in 10-499 Tax
Assessor Collector to $223,475.00.
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN returned at 2:50 o'clock P.M.

MOTION TO ESTABLISH NEW LINE ITEM AND TRANSFER FUNDS
On this the 15th day of November 1988 upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved the establishment of Line Item No.
11-455-496 Interpreters, and to transfer $200.00 from Line
Item No. 11-455-492 Jurors to Line Item No. 11-455-496
Interpreters.
