o'clock P. M.
EXECUTIVE SESSION continued until 6:35 o'clock P.M. at which
time COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECESSED until 2:00 o'clock P. M. on
November 17th, 1988.
COMMISSIONERS' COURT RECONVENED on November 17th, 1988 at
2:00 o'clock P. M. with all members of the Court present, with
the exception of Commissioner Lich, Precinct 3, and the Court
having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:

MOTION NOT TO APPROVE ANY BILLS FOR PAYMENT IF SUFFICIENT
FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN LINE ITEM
On this the 17th day of November 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court would not
authorize payment of any bill if there was not sufficient
funds in the Line Item to cover the bill.
The Auditor will notify the Department Head of the
discrepancy and they will be requested to bring to Court what
changes to make in their respective budget, as long as the
bottom line is not changed.
