COMMISSIONERS' COURT MET IN EMERGENCY SESSION on November 28,
1988 at 12:00 noon with all members of the Court present,
with the exception of Commissioner Ray, Precinct 2. who
arrived at 12:30 o'clock P. M.

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 28th day of November 1988, came on to be
considered by the Court the various claims and accounts
against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment out of
General, Jury, Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Flood
Control, Traffic Safety, Indigent Health Care, and 216th
District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, with Commissioner's Baldwin, Lich and Ray voting "AYE",
and Commissioner Holland voting "NAY", and County Judge
Edwards "ABSTAINING", the Court by a majority vote approved
that said bills be paid, with the following exception:
