EMERGENCY BUDGET AMENDMENT AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS J.P.#1
On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to declare an emergency and amend the
County budget to transfer $2,850.00 from General Fund to Line
Item No. 10-455-108, Part-Time Salary, and $215.00 from
General Fund to Line Item No. 10-455-201, FICA Expense, for a
total transfer of $3,065.00.
Addendum to order: This increase is to be expended at a
maximum of no more than $3.75 per hour and no more than
nineteen (19) hours per week for the balance of the fiscal
year.

On this the 1st day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to transfer $75,00 from Line Item No.
10-455-499, Miscellaneous, to Line Item No. 10-455-402, Court
Appointed Attorney.
