MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT OF Y.O. RANCHLANDS I & II
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the replat of Y.O. Ranchlands I &
II, Tracts 25, 48, 65, 102, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 60 and 69, with
no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
Four.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY S[JBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
