A Public Hearing on the replat of Treasure Hills Subdivision
was held with 5 members of the public present at 10:26
o'clock A.M. They are endeavoring to create smaller tracts
for money flow. There have been no adverse comments and no
one lives in the subdivision. The Judge reported there was
one letter received from Mr. Hammock, who is in favor of the
replat.
The Public Hearing was closed at 10:36 o'clock A.M. at which
time Commissioners' Court convened in open session.
ORDER NO. 10281
MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT OF TREASURE HILLS RANCH SUBDIVISION
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
-- Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved the replat of Treasure Hills Ranch
Subdivision, Tracts 1, 7, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 21, 23, and 29,
with no variances, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct one. If the roads are to be taken over by the
County, they will be brought up to existing Kerr County
standards, in effect at that time, at the expense of the
homeowners. Any future private water wells shall be drilled
no closer than 150 ft. from any property line.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RiJLES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
"'~ thereto.
