ORDER NO. 18283
MOTION TO APPROVE REPEAT OF NORTHWEST HILLS SUBDIVISION
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the replat of Northwest Hills
Subdivision, Tracts 9, 10 and 11, with a variance granted on
Notification Requirements, by Order No. 18282, located in
Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct One.
-- All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became
effective January lst, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
