MOTION TO APPROVF. FINAL PLAT FOR SCENIC VALLEY ESTATES
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Holland, Lir_h and Baldwin, and County Judge
Edwards voting "AYE", and Commissioner Ray voting "NAY", the
Court by a majority vote approved the final plat for Scenic
Valley Estates, with no variances, located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct One, provided Mr. Voelkel adds the
-- following statement:
Any future private water well shall be drilled no closer
than 150 ft. from any property line.
All improvements to be made shall comply with the existing
KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND RF,GULATIONS" that became
effective January 1st, 1984 and all current amendments
thereto.
