MOTION, THAT ON MR. MENEFEE'S RECOMMENDATION, WE PAY
PARTIAL PAYMENT ON PAVING OF CAMINO REAL AND WHITE WING
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved, on the recommendation of Mr. Menefee,
to pay a partial payment on the paving of Camino Real and
White Wing.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and
County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on Line Item
No. 15-611-553, Contract Fees, payable to M. P. Butler
Construction for $29,705.27 on Invoice No. 88123 Camino Real,
and $8,625.24 on Invoice No. 88124 White Wing.
