MOTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ray, and seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioner's Ray, Lich and Baldwin and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING", said
motion to transfer $11,000.00 from Line Item No. 15-611-554,
Culvert Pipe & Bridges, to Line Item No. 15-611-552, Asphalts
Oils, Emulsion, and $22,000.00 from Line Item No. 15-611-553,
Contract Fees, to Line Item No. 15-611-552, Asphalts, Oils,
Emulsion was approved by a majority vote.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
On this the 6th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the motion to adjourn.
Commissioner's Court adjourned at 2:47 o'clock p.m. on the
