MOTION TO AWARD THE BID ON USED EQUIPMENT TO NEXT
HIGHEST BIDDER
On this the 27th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved to award the bid on a 1958 Ford
Tractor with Loader and Shredder to the next highest bidder,
H. W. Weingartner at $2800.00. In the event Mr. Weingartner
does not want to accept the equipment or is unable to obtain
the funds, Mr. Menefee is authorized to go to the next
highest bidder, Mr. Trent Williamson at $2551.00. The
highest bidder, Mr. John Pope, has been unable to obtain the
necessary funds to cover his bid of $3000.00.

MOTION TO APPROVE NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION ON REPEAT
PRIOR TO COMMISSIONERS' COURT APPROVAL
On this the 27th day of December 1988, Commissioner Holland
moved to allow the Road and Bridge Engineer to approve a
replat and the County Clerk's office to notify property
owners and publish notice of public hearing prior to
Commissioners' Court approval of replat.
