MOTION TO APPROVE STATE RESOLUTION
On this the 27th day of December 1988, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Ray, with
Commissioner's Holland and Ray and County Judge Edwards
voting "AYE", and Commissioner Lich voting "NAY", said motion
to approve the State Purchasing Resolution, making
Commissioner Ray the contact between the State and Kerr
County was approved by a majority vote.
COUNTY JUDGE EDWARDS CALLED FOR AN EXECUTIVE SBSSION at 5:14
o'clock P. M.

On this the 27th day of December 1988, upon motion made by

Court unanimously approved to adjourn.
